Training led by: Steffy Cappleman (Limitless - Strength through Breath)
Steffy Cappleman is a SOMA Breath Advanced instructor. Her interest in breathwork and breath control was originally triggered through being an athlete and looking for a competitive edge. Working with the breath and breathe in a conscious and controlled manner had a massive positive impact on her physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Discovering this ‘magic’ was the trigger to become a breathwork advanced instructor. Her passion is to give people tools and the power to take control of their lives, be happy, confident, inspire them to believe in themselves and follow their dreams and ambitions - change the mindset from ‘impossible’ to ‘I’m possible’. Steffy has been delivering breathwork sessions to students across the Areté Learning Trust, to help them to regulate their mood, reduce their anxiety and increase focus.
